In the centre of town, the "Altes Hospital", a town-run meeting place for senior residents, offers a wide variety of programmes.

In addition, various clubs and associations in Oberursel have their own senior residents' programmes.

A calendar of events called "Senioren aktuell" is issued twice a year by the town administration (department of social and cultural affairs and sports). Copies are available at the Rathaus/town hall.
