Vortaunus Museum
Experience 7000 Years along the Ursel Brook
The Vortaunus Museum is located on the Market Square in Oberursel. The history of the premises can be traced back to the early 18th century. In 1705 the main building was erected on the remains of medieval buildings. After extensive refurbishments to the building, this modern local museum opened its doors in the summer of 1987.
